Reservation and Cancellation Policies - Innova Recovery House Guadalajara

💳 Deposit Required
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total stay.
⛔ Cancellations:
Your full deposit will be forfeited. We’re a boutique recovery house with only 7 rooms, and we operate at nearly full capacity year-round. Each reservation blocks a spot for another patient in need that we have to refuse their stay, which is why we ask for your understanding when it comes to schedule changes or cancellations.
For this reason, deposits are non-refundable.
1. Force Majeure (proven medical emergencies, natural disasters):
In the event of a verified medical emergency or natural disaster that prevents you from traveling or from your surgery, the amount you have paid will not be lost. Instead, it can be used as a credit toward a future stay within the next 12 months, as long as the cancellation is requested at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival.
Reservation Changes
You can change your stay date once with at least 30 days' notice prior to your stay, subject to availability. Changes requested after the 30-day period will require a new reservation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
This policy is in place because it is impossible for us to reassign your room for another surgery with such short notice. Many of our guests book up to 2 years in advance, and our occupancy is often at full capacity.
If you wish to extend your stay, we can accommodate it at no additional cost, depending on availability.
3. Early Departure
If you decide to leave earlier than planned, 70% of the cost of the remaining days will be charged because it is impossible for us to assign this room to somebody else with such a short notice.
4. Transportation
We provide transportation from Guadalajara International Airport to the recovery house and back to the airport. Service is available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. For flights outside these hours, there is an additional charge of $50 USD, or you may arrange your own transportation.
Included services:
Transfer from the hospital to the recovery house after surgery.
Transportation to your post-operative follow-up appointment with your doctor.
Transportation to surgery and medical appointments directly related to your procedure.
Not included:
Extra trips (such as additional therapies, dental appointments, hyperbaric chamber sessions, or any non-medical outings), which have an additional cost of $10–$30 USD per trip, depending on distance.
After 7:00 PM, any extra outings (such as therapies or additional transfers) must be arranged via Uber or will incur an additional charge of $20 USD per trip.
